What is this store's return and exchange policy?

DIGITAL ITEMS:
Due to the nature of the media, all digital sales are final.

PHYSICAL ITEMS:
Buyer may return or exchange purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Buyer pays return shipping. Refund minus shipping cost processed upon return received to seller.

How long will it take to receive my order?

DIGITAL ITEMS:
Links to the image(s) purchased will be delivered to the email address registered with your Paypal account within 24 hours of payment received. If you wish link delivery via a different email address, please provide the address at time of purchase.

Digital items are not charged shipping as they are delivered via the internet.

PHYSICAL ITEMS:
Items will ship on the Monday, Wedensday or Friday following payment received.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Items ship USPS First Class unless buyer makes other arrangements with seller. Please note Standard First Class mailing does not offer tracking capability. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost Standard First Class packages. However, we may be willing to give you 50% off a re-order if you would like us to resend your purchase. We are responsible for any damaged or lost Registered, Certified Mail, or Insured package.

What's up with the watermarks?

Don't worry, watermarks will not appear on your purchased images. They only appear on shop images to deter those of ill repute.

Help! I'm having trouble with the link/images/etc.

If you have difficulty with the images, please contact artist/shopkeeper. We will gladly help troubleshoot or resend the files as deemed necessary.
